Yoga (included)

Yoga practice is included in our program, 2 daily practices of different styles Vinyasa Power Yoga, Ashtanga, Yin & Restorative, Nidra and Hatha.

The practice of yoga allows us to get in touch with our center, allowing us through physical movement and breathing to raise our state of calm and connect with our being, soul and spirit simultaneously. Carry out a series of asanas with our physical body that will lead to enjoying well-being and living in the present.

Meditation (included)

Meditation sessions are included in our program. You will have the possibility of carrying out different types of meditation in outdoor spaces, in the sea and on rocks. These meditations and visualizations will be guided by experts who will accompany you to experience moments of connection with your SELF.

Meditation is a fundamental part of our retreat programs as it allows us to calm and silence our minds, giving space to absolute stillness and rest for our restless brain. Allowing us to open our perspectives and see the situations of our lives with less drama and more reality.

Life Coaching conversations (included)

In the life coaching sessions, we deal with topics of common interest, allowing the participants to enjoy speeches with a highly motivational content and experiences that we can use in our daily lives, generating a great transformation in our lifestyle.

In a session of approximately 1 hour under a high vibration atmosphere you will be able to experience emotions, feelings, discard beliefs and even connect with your inner child.

Pilates optional

Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement. Its objective is to strengthen and balance the body and mind. Through the systematic practice of Pilates exercises, Pilates has proven to be invaluable. It is not only beneficial for people who want to have and/or maintain a good physical and mental condition. It is also an important complement to sports practice and physical rehabilitation

The Pilates Method is a set of controlled movements of the body and mind.

The benefits of Pilates are quite extensive. Precisely, that is what has made Pilates have been practiced for decades.

Paddle board Experience & Meditation (optional)

Want to escape the main beaches and see Aruba’s hidden gem?

It takes about 2 hours, on a paddle board with an expert guide.

The tour of the mangroves in paddle boards, is a unique experience where you can observe different species of birds, the route must be absolutely silent, respecting the environment of the birds; which generates in the participants a moment of great peace and connection. At a specific point we will perform a guided meditation activating the sense of hearing through the pranayama technique.

Duration: approx. 2 hours

Includes: transportation to the Southeast of the island, paddle board, 10 min instructions, guided meditation and hydrate. No experience needed.

Note: This activity can only be carried out if the weather allows it, since we depend on the low tide that allows us to enter the mangroves and the speed of the wind, which allows us to row without risk.

Sunrise Sup Yoga session & meditation (optional)

Living the experience of doing yoga on a paddle board is unique. The possibility of being in contact with the water, with the sunrise will be outstanding. Moving our body in different poses that allow us to connect with the balance of our body, mind and spirit.

Healing Cacao Ceremony (optional)

What is Cacao Healing Ceremony?

A Ceremony is a circle of energy that creates intimacy, encourages openness, honesty and offers the opportunity to connect with yourself and the other with an open heart and awareness. It is a portal to give and receive, to let go of what is allowed to go and to receive what is laying in front of you. It's a place to practice letting go of expectations, because we never know how the Ceremony will really go and what opportunities will present itself.

The mystery unfolds in the now.

A Ceremony is an opportunity to remember the holiness in all things, and this raises feelings of gratitude. And soon we begin to see that everyday life can be sacred if we choose to see it that way.

The Cacao medicine is a heart opener, your heart is at the gateway to your soul. Everything that is intended for you is enclosed in your soul. All answers, healing and knowledge is within you.

Through your intention, the cacao medicine, high frequency music and breathing we sink deep into the body and we connect with ourselves and what lives in our inner world.

In a deep healing, meditative state, I will work in the field, your personal energetic field and the field of the group. I guide and support you in your inner journey.

Besides that, cacao is full of antioxidants, minerals and has physical health benefits. I want to focus on the energetic effect. Cacao opens your heart chakra in this way we can connect more easily and more deeply with our heart. By entering into this connection, you give yourself a huge gift. In this space healing can take place, remove blockages and your deepest wishes become visible. You come home to yourself again.

Healing Chakra Alignment

It consists of unlocking the energy centers that we have in our body, thus improving our physical and emotional health.

Healing Reflex

It consists of performing soft and deep massages in very specific areas of the foot, to release accumulated tension, this technique favors physical and emotional relaxation, it is also called Reflexology.

Head, shoulders & hand reflexology

It is a manual technique that helps restore the body's natural rebalancing and healing processes. It consists of detecting the areas of blockage or immobility in the tissue that indicate tension and malfunction.

Hot stone therapy

It’s a deep relaxation massage, with a holistic touch, where “Basalt” stones are used by heat them and placed on certain points of the body permitting the heat to penetrate the muscles providing relaxation and relief of muscle pain.
